The Sport 2.4 equals/ replaces 8 pairs of dumbbells or 216 lbs of free weights. Weight range is 3-24 lbs per hand in 3 lb increments. Increments achieved are; 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, and 24 lbs per hand. The Sport 2.4 cannot be further expanded.

The Elite Set 5-50 x 5 lbs base set comes with plates 1-4, and adjusts in 5 or 10 lb increments. The Elite handle weighs 5 lbs without the chrome adder weights in the handle. This set is expandable using the add-on kits.

The Elite Set (5x90lbs) set comes with plates 1-8, and adjusts in 5 or 10 lb increments. With this set your per hand weight equals/replaces 28 pairs of dumbbells, or 2565 lbs of free weights while taking up the space of just 1 pair (90 lb dumbbell is just 16" in length). This set is expandable to 130 lbs per hand using the 8-11 Elite Big Block Kit (sold separately).
