The real behind-the-scenes footage of Melvin Anthony’s contest preparation before the NPC U.S.A. After placing 3rd in 1997, and second in 1998 (after a tie breaker between him and best friend Dennis James), Anthony was determined to do or die in 1999.
Taped 8 weeks out of contest through the day of the contest. This is a very hard core training video with lots of posing.
