"This is real footage of my contest preparation several weeks before the NPC USA. This was the most important show in my career so far.

In 1997 I competed under the famous Mr. Universe John Brown, the best poser alive. I was also guided by the 1999 IRONMAN winner Chris "the Real Deal" Cormier. My nutrition regimen was done by Pano Fragoulous. I placed 3rd in the Heavyweight division.

In 1998 I improved tremendously and placed 2nd via a tie breaker against my great friend Dennis "The Menace" James.

The 1999 USA was a DO or DIE battle with myself to be best in the Super Heavyweight division. I wanted to be perfect. This is my sweat and determination to be one of the most awesome professional athlete in the world."
