Garlic Grilled Spinach Pizza with Chicken
1 Pillsbury All Ready Pizza Crust
1-1/2 cups lo-cal tomato sauce (Ragu' Original Weight Watchers)
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
4 slices Lite Line cheese
1/2 pound thinly sliced chicken breast
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and patted dry
1 medium onion, chopped
Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, extra spicy Mrs. Dash
Preheat over to 425.
Grill in Teflon pan; spinach, onions, and chicken with 1 tablespoon of garlic powder until the spinach is crispy and devoid of water.
Spread and roll onto a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam the ready crust.
Add sauce, Mrs. Dash, and Italian seasoning.
Shake on the Parmesan cheese, add the Lite Line cheese.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
When the crust is done, add the grilled chicken, onions, and spinach.
Cut into 8 slices.
