Studies suggest that a warm muscle can contract up to 20 percent better than a cold muscle, and the preliminary Prestretch-Trigger exercise forces you to get that extra 20 percent at every workout automatically.
3) By following each stretch movement with the appropriate exercises, you train the target muscle through its full range of motion. This insures full, complete development in every major muscle group.
